Per COM:FOP#Slovenia: non-free architecture; not de minimis. Eleassar (t/p) 18:51, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Also File:Dražgoše 2014 05.jpg, File:Dražgoše 2014 06.jpg. --Eleassar (t/p) 18:53, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Keep My sole intention was to depict flag bearers in their uniforms carrying their flags. It's was impossible to take a picture elsewhere because they rolled up and put away their flags as soon as they reached the bottom of stairs of the WW2 monument. Architecture is shown in the smallest possible part and DM rule applies.--ℳ₪Zaplotnikcontribs 19:30, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The photo clearly focuses on the people. I, however don't know how a Slovenian court would have ruled. -- Rillke(q?) 19:41, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: I think the architecture is DM in these. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 22:45, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
