The permission received in 2011 (ticket:2011051610016727) is insufficient (see also ticket:2013122310003381). The person who released this file under a free license obviously does not have the necessary rights to do this. ireas (talk) 23:09, 17 September 2014 (UTC)

- @De728631: The author of the permission has only the right to use and publish the file in the internet (according to her own permission statement). Therefore, she is not entitled to release the image under a Creative Commons license. ireas (talk) 19:42, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
