opposé à la la destruction

Je suis contre la suppression car cette photo est prise dans un domaine public , la statue appartient au domaine public étant située Dans un jardin public. De plus La Cour de cassation française a également statué le 5 juin 2003, « qu'il n'y a pas de droit du propriétaire sur l'image de son bien ». D'autre part Wikimedia commons et les autres Wiki ne sont pas situés en France la réglementation ne s'applique pas pour exemple Panoramio (Google) a accepté et diffusé ces photos. I am against the removal because this photo was taken in a public domain, the statue in the public domain is located in a public garden.More The French Supreme Court has also held June 5, 2003 " there is no right of the owner of the image well.On the other hand Wikimedia commons and other Wiki are not located in France the regulations do not apply to such Panoramio (Google) has accepted and distributed these pictures.
