Reduce in size and transwiki to English Wikipedia: Needs an OTRS permission whose legitimacy is without question on file to stay. Due to the sockpuppet issue I cannot en:WP:Assume good faith with respect to any OTRS permission unless OTRS uses due diligence to confirm that it is filed by someone with the authority to do so.
