From an American publication that has a copyright notice. Undelete in 2030 Abzeronow (talk) 16:17, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
- Hello Abzeronow, i did not find the place where you have found the copyright concerning this newspaper. I already saw several granted pictures as the file File:Betty Bryson in Screenland.png for example. But if you think we have not the well right to conserve the file, we must delete it. It is just a break heart, is she not pretty !
Have a nice evening.--Gismoz (talk) 20:44, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
- Check https://archive.org/details/hollywood23holl/page/n465 Copyright symbol on top of the page and text at the bottom that says "Copyright 1934." Also you can see the copyright holder named as Hollywood Magazine Inc. and the issue being August 1934. Now it may be possible the copyright on this was not renewed but that requires research. @Clindberg: Per COM:PCP this should be deleted unless proof is shown the copyright was not renewed around 1962 Abzeronow (talk) 16:10, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
- Yep, it's got a copyright page there. However, per this page, Hollywood Magazine never renewed their issues. Some individual contributions were renewed occasionally, but not whole issues. So this should be {{PD-US-not renewed}}. The other file you mention has the correct license. Keep Carl Lindberg (talk) 22:07, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
- OK, added license and removed the "no license" tag. Per Carl, this should be closed as Kept. Abzeronow (talk) 15:00, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
