Unclear copyright status. Argentine work, published/created (or sourced with - as indicated) "circa 1970" and licensed with {{PD-AR-Photo}} ("(...) [a] clear evidence that the image was taken more than 25 years ago must be given"). es:Donald Mc Cluskey (1947—) living. Source (related image not available) seems to be a LastFM-mirror. The photo is - per Google Image - prominent related with the album "Donald - Serie 20 Exitos", released (see back cover here) in 1997 by BMG Ariola and was most likely cropped from it. "circa 1970" appears to be more an unverifiable guess by uploader. donaldmccluskey.com (official site): no related photo available. If created after 1970 not in PD in Argentina at COM:URAA-date 01.01.1996 and copyrighted in US +95 years. Gunnex (talk) 11:04, 24 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
