Якщо можна, то будь-ласка перевірте ще раз яка ліцензія стоїть на роботі, яка вказана як source. Там вказано PD. В цьому випадку я взагалі може не вказувати автора, оскльки він цього не вимагає. Якщо у вас сумніви в правильності ліцензії, тоді зверніться до Orae і запитайтеся в нього, а не витрачайте час інших людей.

Please check the source. [1]. User Orae from russian wiki cluster wrote that he is author and set license as PD-self. There are no questions about that in history of this file [2]. It's not my business to accuse other people. I have no reasons to not believe them. Your motivation looks like to destroy all possibility of usage of PD work in internet. Do you have any evidence that user Orae deceive us?. Your concerns do not interest me. If something doubtful for you it's not a reason to waste my time. Навіть, якщо у вас є причини недовіряти людям, мені здається, що невірно напружувати всіх довкола, коли ви можете напряму звернутися до людини, яка стверджує, що вона автор фотографії. Здається в світі панує презумція невинності. У вас або є докази того, що Orae не є автором фотографії, або їх немає. Please read ru:Обсуждение участника:Orae. He states that he is a good photographer and has never published this photo before. He does not need to be a famous photographer, he just have to: 1) meet Mr. Tabachnyk at least once, 2) have a good camera. It's pretty paranoic to accuse other users who upload their self-made photos to prove that they are authors. I emailed ru:Участник:Orae, he replied that he had made a series of photos of Dmytro Tabachnyk. One of these photos was uploaded to Wikipedia, another one (slightly different, if you compare these two photos) was sent to the publishing house (however, the book cover is not copyrighted the publishing house). So this photo is not a copyright violation, as all rights still belong to ru:Участник:Orae — NickK (talk) 00:07, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
