Obscene & graphic, inappropriate (especially children), unethical photograph of an identifiable person, demeaning and defamation of the person, clearly outside the Wiki project's scope (picture of a bloodied murdered person is in no way "educational"). Photo was recently purged from Vietnamese articles in English Wikipedia for these reasons. Nguyen1310 (talk) 04:23, 5 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Disagree. I should also note that the uploader of this photo (now banned for abuse of admin powers), who also created many sections in the Diem article on English Wiki, didn't have good intentions for uploading and using this, to the point that the article has long been tagged for dispute of neutrality, and several sections of the article's talk page to support that. Also, JFK was a historically significant figure who was also killed in violent circumstances, but there is no photo of Kennedy's murdered body on Wiki projects, and even if such a photo was on an article for example, it would be controversial and contested by some users who want it removed for similar reason(s) mentioned above. I ask for consistency. Nguyen1310 (talk) 00:11, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Could be, but not relevant. You didn't came with an argument that this is a copyrightviolation and the file is in scope. Commons is not censored. The file is used on many pages, this file is historical, a bit revolting, okey, but that doesn't make it out of scope. We are not going to delete a good picture just because you don't like it or that the uploader uploaded is for his own agenda. Natuur12 (talk) 14:56, 12 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
