Believed to be an image misrepresentation and a potential copyright violation issue. Close observations of the other Commons' images tagged to Bongaigaon, suggests that the image may not be of Bongaigaon (in real), an urban area of Assam, India. Suspected potential copy of another region that has been edited to include texts for distortion of the facts, and misleading visualization of the area. A quick search in Google Maps returns Bongaigaon Dhaligaon images having no resemblance with the current Commons image.
