This type of logo is not elegible for "text only". Commons really should not accept such logos, which are in fact only a source of emmerdes, and are of no educationnal value at all. GaAs11671 21:05, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
Keep I think this does qualify for text only (at least it clearly does after german law). Also, this is the logo of the Fotothek, which contributed thousands of photos to this project (see Commons:Deutsche Fotothek), therefore the logo is used in templates, copyright statements and thousands of image pages.
