 Delete. Desmond Miles is a character from en:Assassin's Creed, created by Ubisoft. For keeping the file in Commons, OTRS-permission from Ubisoft representative is needed. Animuspedia is really published under free license and the image can be found there, but in my opinion Animuspedia is not a representative of Ubisoft and violates Ubisoft's copyright.
