This file was initially tagged by Lulusword as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Works by the government of Malaysia is subject to copyright Speedy deletion was contested by an IP address, possibly that of the uploader. Template:PD-Malaysia shows no exceptions for government works.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 15:20, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: The IP removed the bogus {{PD-Malaysia}} and replaced it with a patently false self claim. This is not contesting the speedy; this is borderline vandalism with no substance warranting a conversion to a DR. Taking the initial {{PD-Malaysia}} at its face: "Works by the government, governmental organisations and international organisations are subject to copyright for 50 years after publication." This work is dated 2018, and thus 50 years cannot have passed. There is an exception for "the texts of laws, judicial opinions, and government reports," but those are categories to which this does not, and could not reasonably be interpreted, to belong. Copyright violation; see Commons:Licensing (F1). --Эlcobbola talk 15:30, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
