Indeed, because the author is anonymous. Further more, the website itself where the photo was initially uploaded from, on wikipedia, has now expired. {{Anonymous-EU}} template has been added, thus the deletion conflict can now be closed. 86.123.23.39 18:37, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I confirm the claims issued by 86.123.23.39 previously here. Tbnumber1 (talk) 18:42, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Anonymous-EU This applies to the European Union and those countries with a copyright term of 70 years after the work was made available to the public and the author never disclosed their identity. The image is not this old.

That is true, it is not. Then provide me please with an example of what should be present on the page of this photo in order to be properly licenced under GNU or Creative Commons License, and with the percentagle of the pages that use it. Tbnumber1 (talk) 19:29, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment The image is considered now to be publicly released by its author lastun.lx.ro. Although it can be found as a copy on different other websites, such as [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] with various tags on them, the website lastun.lx.ro, a former fan club website of the car, is its initial source, the resolution of the picture being a decisive argument. (Also please note the quality of the photo, especially the small white dots on it, that tell the version uploaded here is the original). I apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to remove the deletion tag. Tbnumber1 (talk) 23:50, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted. The image is by far not old enough to qualify for public domain. Its just an image grabbed from the internet and is not free by any evidence for any reason. --Martin H. (talk) 23:53, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
