Speedy keep In scope: Spanish non lucrative emergency service, used in eswiki. Alan (talk) 20:31, 30 October 2015 (UTC)- Keep even if the contact data is to be regarded as "promotional" in a commercial sense, it is de minimis and does not render an otherwise neutral image out of scope; and an image in use in any wiki is not caught by scope rules.
