Commons:Deletion requests/File:DBP 1993 1682 Deutsches Komitee für UNICEF.jpg
This is a follow up to Commons:Deletion_requests/File:ETB_1992_GER_Sport_Mi15921595_pm_B004.jpg, as well as other DRs that resulted in German stamps being deleted due to copyright issue delete. According to long standing consensus and Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany stamps are not "official works" of the German government. Therefore they are not in the public domain and copyright on them expires 70 years after the death of the creator. In this case the creator of the stamps is still alive or died less then 70 years ago. So the stamp is clearly copyrighted. I'm also nominating the following file images for deletion for the same reasons.
- File:Stamp Germany 2004 MiNr2398 Schloss Ludwigsburg.jpg
- File:Stamp Germany 1999 MiNr2028 Weimar.jpg
- File:DPAG-1997-Straubing.jpg
