The text and logo do not appear to be simple enough to be in the public domain, i.e. the threshold of originality is met, especially in the characters (viz. Commons:Deletion requests/File:Cyanide and happiness character.png). Content on the franchise's website is given as All content is Copyright © 2000–2020 of Explosm, LLC. and does not appear to be compatible with Commons. Kinu (talk) 20:56, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
