This file was initially tagged by Iwan Novirion as Copyvio (Copyrighted) and the most recent rationale was: free use Kadı Message 12:29, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Kadı I'm not sure why the speedy delete was removed? This clearly isn't a file which is free to use as the license claim is nowhere on the listed source, and the listed source was an upload aggregator. This does appear to be a copyvio issue, no? Warrenmck (talk) 16:51, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Warrenmck, the file was uploaded 14 years ago. The uploader claimed that the source website published it with CC licence. CC licences are not revokable, so they may use CC licence on that date, and have been changed their decision. There are lots of probabilites, by the reason of that, normal deletion request is more beneficial then speedy. Best wishes, Kadı Message 17:12, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
14 years ago or not, it appears that the uploader was incorrect in claiming that a CC license was available, so there's no revocation issues. The site which is the origin of the image is an image hosting site and there's not been any mention of a CC release as far back in archive.org as I can go. @Kadı Here's an archive.org link from two months prior to the upload. No mention of cc, but a mention of copyright. Warrenmck (talk) 19:00, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Kadı As far as I can tell this was archived but still isn't a free image? Warrenmck (talk) 16:52, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
