Non-free map of a wine region in Italy; not de minimis. Eleassar (t/p) 08:39, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
- Keep the map is only a minor part, and half hidden part of the image, can be considered as "de minimis" --Pava (talk) 14:47, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
- Keep I put this map on the table to add something related to this wine. It is only a minor part, a bit blurred, so I would consider it as "de minimis" as well. Bonvol (talk) 19:17, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
- The map is a bit blurred but still readable, and its style is recognisable at the first sight. As it has been intentionally included, it can't be de minimis. --Eleassar (t/p) 20:52, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
- but we can not delete a picture of a glass of wine and a bottle, just because there is a piece of a map drawn even with no distinctive and recognizable creative that it can bring to any intellectual rights. And then the map is only a marginal part of the context --Pava (talk) 00:30, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- The used map surely is a recognisable creative work, and it has been included in the image on purpose. See COM:DM: "If the photograph was taken deliberately to include the poster, there is likely to be copyright infringement, and it is no defence to say that the poster was 'just in the background'." --Eleassar (t/p) 08:12, 29 November 2013 (UTC)

Kept: The map is blurred, barely readable, and clearly de minimis. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 15:01, 5 December 2013 (UTC)
