- there is no copyvio, as the logo was already available on Wikipedia, it is only redesigned in vector for a better view.

I don't see this as a reason for a speedy deletion. Please note that the same user has previously nominated this file for deletion as "copyvio", and soon after it was kept (by me) as below TOO, they try to have it speedied with another reason. So first it's claimed to be a copyvio, now deletion is demanded because the uploader was blocked as a consequence of obnoxious behavior? See also Commons:Deletion requests/File:CoopVoce Logo.svg.
