Per Saibo's eventually successful nomination Commons:Deletion requests/File:Panorama Berliner Olympiastadion-Glockenturm.jpg. Pieter Kuiper (talk) 15:27, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- Pieter, that is a different case: different building (different architect(s)), different photographer's position. Your explanation is incomplete and not useful. --Saibo (Δ) 16:00, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- Same law (Germany), same type of "building", same problem with photographer's position. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 16:36, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- true. But no thought about the points I have mentioned. Note that I am not opposing a deletion if it is justified. I just mean that there are a bit few facts currently. --Saibo (Δ) 02:58, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

- Comment Are you suggesting that freedom of panorama applies? Please give precise reasoning. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 14:56, 21 November 2011 (UTC)
- I do not know to whom this question was directed - however, I think we all agree that FOP doesn't apply here. Shot from an aircraft is not "von einem öffentlichen Weg, einer Straße oder einem Platz aus" de:Panoramafreiheit#Kriterium_.E2.80.9E.C3.B6ffentlich.E2.80.9C --Saibo (Δ) 23:10, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
Deleted: FoP doesn't apply to aerial pictures in Germany. On a side note it would have been very helpful from the nominator to state their case clearly instead of engaging in what looks to me like WP:POINT. Jastrow (Λέγετε) 19:13, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
