Copyvio (no FoP for sculptures in the United States) Filetime (talk) 22:48, 13 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Keep — This is Three Way Piece No.1: Points by Henry Moore (1898–1986). It is a public sculpture at Columbia University in New York City. The Smithsonian's SIRIS database has a record for this sculpture (Control Number IAS 87870204). The Smithsonian says the sculpture was dedicated on 3 October 1973. Per Commons:Public art and copyrights in the US a copyrighted work on public display before 1978 is considered to be published, and if the work does not have a copyright notice on it, it has lost its copyright protection and has entered the public domain. The researchers who maintain SIRIS are usually very good about noting inscriptions and copyright notations on the works in their database, and they note the inscriptions on this work as "Moore 2/3 / H. Noack Berlin (Plaque on base:) Three Way Piece: Points - Henry Moore/The Gift of Miriam & Ira D. Wallach Foundation/Presented Oct. 3, 1967 signed Founder's mark appears", which lacks a copyright notice. So I think it would be reasonable to call this {{PD-US-no notice}}. I've updated its license. —RP88 (talk) 00:13, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
