out of scope - privacy violation non encyclopedic person --MoiraMoira (talk) 08:40, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Image is in use, even in main namespace on a project. And it is in use on the uploader's user page, so this is by definition not out of scope. Of course he may upload a picture of himself and his girlfrend for his user page. --PaterMcFly (talk) 11:42, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A derivative work containing two separate images, but it is unclear where the photo of a rose on a beach originates from, who the copyright holder is, and if it's released under a free license. The photo has been on the internet for quite some time, including here since 2001. — ξxplicit 01:31, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination, very troubling indeed, the background is unlikely an own work, in any cases it's unclear. Christian Ferrer (talk) 18:11, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
