Copyright violation. I recogonise the image as a scene from Dual Survivor. The user that uploaded the image to Flickr is questionable at best. His account has a number of other images that appear to be screencaps from VHS tapes and I have asked for his account to be blacklisted at Commons:Questionable Flickr images. - Regarding youI have contacted the flickr user before, but that was to change the license on the image so i could upload it. I can contact him again if needed though.
Keep I didn't see the image used elsewhere prior to me uploading it to Commons. If it is used elsewhere now it could be because it's now on Commons and can be found easier, google, etc. Seeing his other pictures, like you point out, with Cody Lundin himself is what led me to believe they are genuine and why I asked him if I could upload it to Commons to be used on Wikipedia, etc. If requested I'll provide the contents of the messages between the Flickr user and I if it helps this Deletion request. I withdraw my nomination I'll take your word on good faith. The image looked familiar (I watched a lot of dual survivor), but he did have other images of himself with Cody and you did talk to him, so I think this is most likely a good photo and I was just mistaken.
