 Keep: File is in use on pt:Brasão. Under COM:INUSE that means it should be treated as useful. In particular, the artistic differences from File:Coat of arms of the People's Republic of Albania.svg mean that other projects should be free to choose the one they prefer. --bjh21 (talk) 10:14, 2 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
