Fake CoA with bad edition. The real is: Барабас (talk) 16:30, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Keep per Commons:Coats of arms (In heraldry, there is no one “correct” way to create a representation of a coat of arms). This is an obscure coat of arms project from 1874 that was rejected by the authorities. All evidences for the original sketch have low resolution. File:Coat of arms of Ufa 1874.svg is a reconstruction, it deviates from the original sketch (e.g. in the tail of the animal), but the deviation seems minor. 1) see COM:COA "In heraldry, there is no one “correct” way to create a representation of a coat of arms". 2) File:Ufa COA (Ufa Governorate, 1874).png is unsourced and is claimed to be "own work" by Б.В. It differs from, e.g. [1]. There is a note in [2] saying that their image is a recent reconstruction ("Рисунок-реконструкцию выполнил для нашего сайта В. Коба"), suggesting that the original drawing is not available anymore and all copies are reconstructions. Materialscientist (talk) 00:55, 27 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
