The description says that image was published in 1922. Therefore the image may still be in copyright (author's life + 70 years Jezhotwells (talk) 16:28, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
- keep - I think it reasonable to view this as unknown author (or corporate author due to Ward Lock commissioning the photo or using an employee) so copyright expires publication date + 50 years = 1972. (Increase to 70 years only came in 1996.) We have no idea who any natural person author might be, and reasonable inquiry is unlikely to find him/her - "Ward Lock" is no longer mentioned on the website of the company that absorbed it.
