 Comment, while it is PD in Argentina, the source cannot be uploader's own work; there must be a publication, and the date must be the date of publication. Also, Maznnns' image is a cropped version; wouldn't it be better to delete this one and upload the entire image so that both Caniggia and Maradona can be cropped later?

By the way, about the topic of the user @Mzzzs on the Administrators' noticeboard, I'd like to point out that the user @Zmnkkas is possibly another sockpuppet created by Mzzzs, based on the fact they upload the same images (and also based on their editions on es.wikipedia).
