- Keep: Flickr source can say what they like, but if they licensed it in the past, they can't revoke that. - Jmabel ! talk 18:19, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
Unused image, misidentified, out of COM:SCOPE and yes I read the previous deletion requests, image is unused. Ellin Beltz (talk) 15:52, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- Keep: Seems to me that if he was speaking at the World Economic Forum it's almost impossible that it is out of scope. What would be the example of someone speaking there of whom we would not want a photo? - Jmabel ! talk 16:53, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- Comment It would seem that the photo should be named and identified as the correct person if it is to be retained. It is presently unused and obviously not Mr. Graves. See http://www.weforum.org/videos/east-asia-2009-next-steps-asia-global-redesign and clickable image boxes below it, Christopher Graves' box is the last one, it leads to his photo and biography: Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, USA. You can see another photo of Mr. Graves http://www.clintonglobalinitiative.org/ourmeetings/cgi_asia_participants.asp. Ellin Beltz (talk) 19:45, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- Comment Probably "unidentified speaker at..."; as I say, anyone speaking there would be worth having a photo of, and it is likely to be identified eventually. - Jmabel ! talk 16:00, 17 February 2015 (UTC)
Kept: It was pretty easy to identify this speaker: Just google for the program of the 2007 India Economic Summit, assume the EXIF data including the date to be trustworthy and voilà, we get the closing session chaired by Christopher J. Graves with Nand Khemka and some other speakers, see here. The identification can then be easily verified, see here. I've renamed the file accordingly and adapted its description. In general: All speakers of the summits of the World Economic Forum are notable. Not having identified a depicted person yet should not be a rationale for deletion. --AFBorchert (talk) 21:42, 23 February 2015 (UTC)
