Author: Mstislav Dobuzhinsky, died 1957. Not sure which country he was in when he created this, but it appears to be irrelevant, because all of them I believe are PD-old-70. Magog the Ogre (talk) 03:03, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
- I don't understand the request, did you mean to state the opposite? He died about 55 years ago making PD-old-70 inapplicable. If this was published in the USA before 1923 or in Russia before 1917, then there is a PD rationale. Knowing where this was first published would be very helpful, or whether his estate has a position on copyright for all his works, or not. Due to the subject (at Tsarskoe Selo) I would tend to keep if these areas are unknown as it is most likely that a Russian Empire PD rationale will apply, so the precautionary principle would be weak as there is doubt but not significant doubt as to PD status. --Fæ (talk) 11:37, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- This nomination was a complete oversight on my part. Magog the Ogre (talk) 19:06, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
