the uploader must be around 140 years old to have taken this photo! Clearly not their own work and no other source indicated. It might be PD but we need more info. Ww2censor (talk) 14:31, 7 December 2014 (UTC)
Keep Actually, he is 80, but you are right, it is not "own work". However, it is PD, because all Australian images from before 1/1/1955 are PD, see Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory#Non-government_works. No more informationis required. . Jim . . . .
