Clip comes from the 2019 documentary CHERNOBYL DISASTER - An Inside Look - 3D. The uploader claims to be the documentarist, but there's no WP:OTRS confirmation and the original YouTube video is apparently not CC licensed. Schierbecker (talk) 20:27, 30 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am the author of File:Chernobyl rubble and steam tanks overlaid.gif and I am also the author of the Youtube documentary where the complete clip is played. This is evident on my user page User:Tadpolefarm
