Work is not the work of the uploader. Dufresne died in in 1938 (so life + 70 years isn't a concern) however there is no information as to where this image came from. Labattblueboy (talk) 16:45, 30 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Of course I am not the painter, I myself took the picture during the exhibition Jardins d'Orient. De l'Alhambra au Taj Mahal at the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris (Institut du Monde Arabe Exposition Jardins d'Orient) on 21 June 2016. the exhibition lasted from 19 April 2016 untill 25 September 2016. So I dont' see any problem ?. Thomon (d) 12ː22 2 Octobre 2017 (UTC).
There is no problem now as the copyright tag and source have been clarified. The issue is, you can't employ a copyright tag wherein its claimed you were the copyright holder of a two-dimension reproduction of someone else's work. If you have other artworks in the same position you'll need to amend the copyright tags for those accordingly and I'd be happy to help if required.--Labattblueboy (talk) 11:23, 2 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
