- Keep It is derivative from a painting by w:Charles Billich. comment copied mostly from Commons:Deletion requests/File:Charles Billich Art (6870936214).jpg, identical reason and facts.
- It appears to have been photographed at a show of Billich art, uploaded to Flikr by Eva Rinaldi, a celebrity photographer. Evarinaldi.com There are over 20,000 images in Category:Photographs by Eva Rinaldi, for reference.
- The photo is from a Flikr album of Rinaldi photos, appearing to have been taken at a gallery where another notable Billich painting, of w:Ian Thorpe, was unveiled.[1]. The photos in the album are of the show, including numerous paintings and celebrities, including Billich, his wife, Thorpe, and numerous Billich paintings.
- The description for the photo is misleading. This is not a painting of Ian Thorpe. The description is generic for all the photos in that album, so it was captured with the photo by File Upload Bot. The specific caption for this photo is just "Charles Billich Art."
- I wavered on voting on this. However, if someone wants to see a specific permission from Billich, and this may cover other Billich images uploaded, contacting the photographer or Billich and arranging OTRS would be in order. The uploader cannot handle that, I suspect, he's ... inconvenienced. I have no doubt, personally, from the context, that this was all done with permission from Billich, hence my vote. --Abd (talk) 23:24, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
