Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) finally reverted to the original standpoint by Wikimedia Commons before 2018: that public artistic works cannot be freely used commercially if main subjects or themes of the photos (see Commons:Village pump/Copyright/Archive/2023/01#FOP Taiwan).
The work author, w:zh:蒲添生, died in 1996, therefore still under his posthumous copyright and the cenotaph is unfree. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:04, 12 February 2023 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination. Train station opened in 2007, but cenotaph looks older than that. Undelete in 2067, 70 years after the death of the author since post-1978 creation is the most likely. --Abzeronow (talk) 16:44, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
