This picture is clearly a joke, the woman of the picture is NOT the Cartagena's mayor. Nanosanchez (talk) 14:57, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
Speedy keep please: The woman in the picture is (or seems to be) Judith Pinedo (another picture of her), the mayor of Cartagena at the moment of the upload (2009). The current mayor of Cartagena is Dionisio Vélez Trujillo. --Amitie 10g (talk) 19:10, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
Sorry: The woman in the picture is (or was) the mayor of Cartagena in Colombia, not Cartagena (Spain). That is the mistake.
