- Speedy Keep - You say "very unlikely" however you don't have definitive proof that they or aren't the author, Unless you can actually prove this a copyvio then this should be speedy closed. –Davey2010Talk 20:23, 31 January 2017 (UTC)
- I think not, the burden of proof lies with the uploader. While I generally assume good faith, here there are a lot of signs that this is not own work. It does not look at all like someone scanned his or her old photograph, it is more like it was just picked from the internet. On top of that, the upload history in the English wikipedia that was copied to Commons is rather suspect, with several uploaders and 'property claims'. Tekstman (talk) 11:50, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
