- I saw this file already in 02.2014 per Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Nancy Goes To Rio, shortly after I identified a sock farm via Category:Sockpuppets of Clécio Brito (involving also the blocked uploader LubraxGL). This photo appears to be a production still, a film still or a publicity still. Additionally, the photo has a copyright notice and (this seems to be important) it has a limited license and must be returned immediately thereafter. I will not get into details of the different copyright aspects involing production stills, film stills and/or publicity stills (maybe someone find this discussion interesting). The above sock farm (ptwiki/Brazilian based) uploaded a lot of files related to Carmen Miranda (a Brazilian superstar) and "suffered" innumerous deletion requests, copyright violations and/or license-fails. My impression is that all these socks simply didn't bother to find out the real copyright status. But they have to, per COM:EVID: "In all cases the uploader must provide appropriate evidence to demonstrate either that the file is in the public domain or that the copyright owner has released it under a suitable licence.". Considering the upload history of the involved sock farm I today would say Delete per COM:PCP - if we do not get other evidences that this photo is really in public domain.Gunnex (talk) 07:33, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
