Insufficient evidence that the photographer agreed to license this photo under CC-BY 2.0. The photo is no longer available on the Flickr uploader's account. The Flickr uploader appears to have licensed various photos under CC-BY 2.0 indiscriminately without regards for copyright infringement. See this photo where the same uploader used a CC-BY 2.0 license when they explicitly state that they have no knowledge of who the photographer is. According to the Los Angeles Times, the photographer took this photo as part of working for the Associated Press. The article makes no mention of a CC-BY 2.0 license. The same case is for this photo, which is also given a CC-BY 2.0 license when the uploader did not know the photographer's name. I can probably pull up more examples if needed. FunnyMath (talk) 04:32, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

The above is a derivative work of this file, which is copyrighted. The above has a DR request as well. See [1]. FunnyMath (talk) 20:04, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- Flickr also mention Michael as photographer per this. --MGA73 (talk) 20:13, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- Delete We have more than enough other photos of Sagan to use in his article, from yearbook photos to NASA photos. Keeping one that is potentially copyrighted could lead to problems with the owner of the photo. Oaktree b (talk) 04:27, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
