A derivative of another work. The depicted picture on the boat needs to be licensed. Mhhossein talk 10:56, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Of course I heard of that. Clearly this is not a case of De minimis. The protected object is large enough and the photograpger meant to show this on purpose. --Mhhossein talk 15:06, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment: Interesting situation: Even though this is a case of artwork painted on a vehicle and photographed outdoors, which would make it okay with Portugal’s FoP laws, the paint job itself was a ripoff of Milo Manara, which is not PD. On the other hand, this is de minimis, in the sense that this photo with the artwork in question blurred off would still be useful for reusers — details of the rudder, rigging, the stance of the oarsman, etc. -- Tuválkin 16:09, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
if blurred!?! and if not blurred? --Mhhossein talk 17:49, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - If the boat artwork is a rip off then delete - Blurring it would only make the image useless to everyone (Is someone gonna use an image of a partial blurred boat or one with pretty artwork ? ... I know where I'd put my money!). –Davey2010Talk 23:12, 25 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per the PRP, also the image is not very useful without the artwork (part of a boat and a boy). --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 08:17, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
