No usage license documentation, release of rights. Only one copy of the image. The copier itself is saying Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication. Deleted: per nomination. The Threshold of originality is pretty low in Brazil, per COM:TOO Brazil, so I think this design copyrighted.
