Per COM:PACKAGING as it is apparently a complex design. Although CSi is related to Hong Kong government, but even most of the government work is protected by copyright. See Commons:CRT/Hong_Kong#Government_copyright. Wcam (talk) 16:09, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt if the design has so much complexity. I find your definition on "apparent" weird. ΣανμοσαThe Trve Lawe of free Monarchies 00:11, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
At the very least the photograph of the mask layers qualify for copyright protection, not to mention the overall design of the packaging. --Wcam (talk) 03:07, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You have still not yet given a valid explanation. I still can't see your argument. ΣανμοσαThe Trve Lawe of free Monarchies 01:25, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment: Firstly, Per COM:TOO UK, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council logo and the picture of masks have copyright. However according to COM:DM, these logos are not referenced in the filename and description in Commons, also these logos are not the subject in this image, so these are meet COM:DM. Secondly, the CSI logo have copyright too. It is related to the image, and it is a part of the subject likely. So I suggest the uploader can blur that logo, otherwise, this image may not meet COM:DM and is copyright violation. Thank you. --SCP-2000 05:13, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • The photograph of the mask layers also has copyright and is not COM:DM. --Wcam (talk) 11:54, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: While the logo does indeed meet COM:DM, the photos on the box do not. --Ìch heiss Nat. Redd mìt mìr.🥨 16:49, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
