Not the work of CPJ, metadata says "©2021 CBS Broadcasting, Inc. All Rights Reserved" Adeletron 3030 (talk) 13:51, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I think you got it wrong. This is taken in 2023, how can it be copyrighted in 2021? There must be some mistake. Zlad! (talk) 13:54, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Adeletron 3030 Zlad! (talk) 13:58, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Zlad! Thanks for catching that. Looking at the rest of the EXIF data, it looks like the photographer entered information from a different assignment by mistake (it makes reference to a a CBS drama named Bull). And all of other Barbara Nitke photos for CPJ aren’t marked “all rights reserved”, I think this one’s fine and I am withdrawing my nomination.
Sorry about that. Adeletron 3030 (talk) 14:24, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nice, thanks for being constructive. Zlad! (talk) 15:43, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Adeletron 3030 can you withdrawing your nomination? Zlad! (talk) 20:19, 29 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Zlad! There's not much I can do until a reviewer closes the nomination. Don't worry though - the image won't be deleted. Adeletron 3030 (talk) 20:05, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: DR withdrawn. --Bastique ☎ let's talk! 00:36, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
