Delete The uploader claimed (see the file talk page) that the Museum that owns the sculpture gave the license for the uploading. I don't know if this has been verified, but anyway it is not mentioned if it is the licence required by Commons. Even so, the "Mere physical ownership of an original artwork such as a sculpture does not confer ownership of the copyright: that remains with the artist", as stated in Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter. The sculptor is Chryssa who died in 2013, so the coryright for her work goes -if I am not wrong- to those who inherited her. ǁ ǁǁǁ Chalk19 (talk) 23:24, 21 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
