Copyright violation of imagery owned by China Central Television. Uploader claims to be the copyright holder and releases it under a free license, however this is unlikely, and the burden of evidence is with the uploader. Whether or not the logo is original enough per United States copyright law (threshold of originality), I will leave that for the Commons community to debate.  Deleted, this is not a basic shape. I am not able to reproduce this black thing with long tail, which has number 14, therefore I do not consider this a simple logo. Taivo (talk) 15:54, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
