this is a bad quality and outdated image of myself. I would like to remove this image and instead upload a professional image. CMauritzen (talk) 15:09, 16 December 2022 (UTC)

•  Comment It's great that you'd like to upload a professional image! My advice is, please go ahead, making sure you have the permission of the photographer if it's not a selfie or that you can show COM:VRT that you own the copyright. This photo is in use on two Wikipedias and Wikidata. As long as it is in use, it will not be deleted. However, a better image would be likely to replace this one on those pages, and then this photo could be the subject of a successful deletion request. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:53, 16 December 2022 (UTC)

  @Ikan Kekek This photo is in use at en:Cecilie Mauritzen, no:Cecilie Mauritzen and wikidata:Q11963332, so it cannot be deleted on the grounds that it is not professional. But perhaps it can be deleted on the grounds that it appears to be a copyright violation per your guidelines above: it is claimed Own work despite not appearing to be a selfie, and has no VRT ticket.
