There is no UK law which say "FOP does not apply to murals". FOP applies to "works of artistic craftsmanship", including murals, where their status warrants consideration as "artistic craftsmanship".
OTOH, no objection to a deletion as a poor quality image of a subject we have better versions of. Andy Dingley (talk) 01:11, 1 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
