Keep User:Ferbr1 removed his own cryptic statement here, so no real reason is presented for this DR (except that possible edit war over the nsd tag). This photo is clearly more than 25 years old. It is widely spread now on the internet. It is called "famous", but it may only have become so recently. The photo is on this book cover, and the book may indicate an exact source.
