Source updated ([1]). The Irish Defence Forces permit anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that the copyright holder is properly attributed. Deleted: per nomination - I spent ten minutes search through the source web site and found nothing either way on copyright. The cited "permission" is a statement of privacy and does not mention copyright.
