This is apparently a temporary exhibit--not permanent, not a monument or architecture--by a living artist (see en:Brick House (Leigh)). No COM:FOP Italy for that. DMacks (talk) 23:58, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see how that can apply, especially when there are loads of similar photos of exhibited artwork already in Commons under Category:Venice Biennale. Akerbeltz (talk) 12:05, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Category:Venice Biennale may well need to be scoured for other infringing items. I just spot-checked, and am generally only seeing images of very old things, individuals involved with it, or crowd-scenes. Conversely, Category:Italian FOP cases/deleted‎ seems full of precedent for deletion of creative 3D works of recent vintage. Template:NoFoP-Italy is quite clear that these sorts of things are protected. DMacks (talk) 18:32, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
