Meiner ansicht nach reicht bei einem solchen Foto die Angabe "Eigenes Werk" nicht - aus Gründen des Persönlichkeittsrechts bedarf es in diesem Fall einer einverständniserklärung der abgebildeten Person Lutheraner (talk) 11:11, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Die abgebildete Dame war sehr mit dem Foto einverstanden, da sie sich davon eine höhere Bekanntheit versprach. Allerdings hat sie das nicht schriftlich festgehalten, was auch nach den Gesetzen Brasiliens zur Zeit der Aufnahme völlig unüblich gewesen wäre. Ich könnte eine Erklärung der Person über Facebook bekommen, aber wie kann diese bei Wikipedia verankert werden?Eugeniusz Koszalinski (talk) 11:31, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
 Delete Obvious selfie via mirror can't be "own work" (unless...). This low res file w/o proper Exif data is probably copyvio taken from some web site (as well as other uploads of that user). --Jotzet (talk) 16:36, 7 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
